Our Approach to Training
We believe in continuous learning and coaching using the most advanced adult learning techniques, where participants are engaged and empowered to take ownership of the learning from the outset. Only in this way can we change attitudes, behaviors, competencies, disciplines and bottom line results.
We start by taking the time to understand you, your business and challenges, management and participants’ needs, objectives, outcomes, time constraints and budgets. Together we draft a training proposal and set the guidelines for participant buy-in—what percentage of yeses do you need for us to proceed as outlined?
Once finalized, we engage the participants by way of an interactive 60- to 90-minute session. At the end of the session we ask them to make a decision—NO, I am not interested in this training, or Yes, I am interested in the training. Should we meet or exceed the buy-in quota you set, we proceed as outlined. If not, we do not move forward, and you do not waste your valuable training dollars.
About the Trainer—Bob Urichuck
The trainer, Bob Urichuck, is a Certified Master Trainer (CMT) and holds a diploma in Adult Learning from St. Francis Xavier University. Recently he was awarded The Brand Personality Award for 2013 as an International Professional Speaker, Velocity Selling Specialist, Trainer and Author by the Brand Laureate in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Bob has held more than 2,000 training sessions and has partnered with more than 1,200 companies of all sizes, in over 45 countries, bringing a wealth of worldwide knowledge, experience and appreciation of culture to every session.
Bob’s main area of expertise is The “Buyer Focused” Velocity Selling System, of which he is the creator. This training is supported by his Leadership Training, which includes team effectiveness, motivation and leadership as independent or group training and coaching topics.
Bob channels advanced adult learning techniques to infuse his training and coaching sessions with energy and enthusiasm.
